  • I made an appointment, which was changed by the service center the day before due to staff shortage. Ok no problem . I came in for my scheduled tire rotation, inspection, and oil change. I was told it would take an hour and a half. Ok no problem. I came prepared with a book. It took 3 HOURS to do a basic service! I was told that I would need to replace my tires, which I knew was coming, but honestly after three hours I just wanted to get out of there!!!!! The service advisor looked overwhelmed, and did not go over the recommendations. She even charged me for a donation without telling me. Overall, I think I will find another service center for my repairs and maintenance needs.
