| - M to tell me that their office or the lab had thr9wn out my faster model I went to Youngtown to have cosmetic dental work performed. D.. Yates is a fantastic dentist and was very helpful in explaining my treatment plan. I paid $375 for a full mouth mold that showed my future crowns & veneers. It looked beautiful!! Unfortunately, when I was provided the cost, I almost fainted & my bubble burst. My new mouth was going to cost around $35K. They did not take my insurance and I knew that I could get new crowns & veneers for $240-350/each through my insurance at my regular dentist. But, Dr. Yates had been highly recommended. I asked if he could do better on the price & he said he would ask Pam & get back to me. I headed to Calif for a month+. Upon my return, I called & was told that they tried to reach me while I was up in the mountains, and that they could not do better than the $1,100/tooth. I then asked if I could have the. Beautiful model that cost me $375. They looked for it & contacted their lab. A few days later, I received a call from them telling me that my $375 casted mold & model had been tossed out because I wasn't able to receive nor make calls while in the Calif. To say the least, I was very upset! If you go to them, make sure that you take your castings with you. They wanted to recast my mouth for another $375. I wrote to Dr. Yates in hopes that he would kindly make a new model of my mouth for a reduced price or for free since they had tossed mi e. which was pure artistry the first time, but, he never replied. It is cheaper to have all of your teeth removed & go with dentures.
