Last time I was here I was returning a product and they had an issue with the condition it was in. The returns employee went and grabbed a "manager" where he harassed me for 10 minutes about how I shouldn't return items that are "intentionally damaged". While I never intentionally damaged the item, the "manager" never gave me more than 5 seconds to even respond. I gladly would've taken it to another Best Buy after the poor treatment I received. Instead he took away my item I was going to return and had me escorted off the premises. I never yelled, argued, or got more than one or two short sentences in. I will never return to this Best Buy, and don't recommend anyone deal with this "returns manager". Thank goodness I have other options for shopping, including other Best Buys. Seriously worst service I had ever received anywhere when returning an item. And I wasn't even a criminal/causing an issue!
