| - Update: This is in regards to the reply from the office. First of all, they have not attempted to contact me directly. None of my contact information has changed since I was a patient and I've received no contact. Secondly, the tests I referred to were not blood tests, they were completed directly by his nurse without consent and not billable to insurance. So his assumption is incorrect and irrelevant to my post. Thirdly, regardless of what he says were 'in his notes', I was NOT advised to go to the emergency room by the doctor or anyone in the office and was told that it was just a cold. In fact, my physical and the appointment I was referencing were different occurrences so that shows that his response is incorrect. Dr. Le actually apologized profusely on my follow up visit stating he was aware that his error could have killed me, so he shouldn't try to portray it differently. Medical negligence happens when the medical practitioner fails to provide the care which is expected in each case thus resulting in injury or death of the patient, so it's fitting. If his judgment and education is such poor quality that he misses these types of diagnoses after the patient tells him that's probably what it is, maybe he shouldn't be practicing medicine. His responses are awfully presumptuous and wrong, I didn't return to the office because I felt they'd helped me, but because I did not want to go through the painful process of finding a new in-network doctor and starting the new patient process over, plus my fiancé was referred well before these awful experiences took place. Once they finally got back to my fiancé, they ended up misdiagnosing his issue with his knee, GO FIGURE!!! He's since seen a primary care physician that knows what she is talking about, diagnosing him correctly on the first visit and he's being treated appropriately with great results. Again, PLEASE think twice before choosing this clinic. Lastly, he's included information in his post that violates HIPPA and it needs to be updated immediately to avoid legal action.
