  • I called for an appointment, was told needed a consultation first since I had never been before. I explained I lived an hour away, she said that was fine to send an email with my current hair and what I wanted. She stated she'd respond with pricing and process, and to setup appointment. It had been 4 days so u called to verify they received my email. I was told they did and I would get a response that day. It has now been a week and still no response. I was very excited to try this salon, even willing to drive an hour. I'm very disappointed and will begin my search for a new salon
