| - PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE! I cracked a bridge, It turned out that one of the teeth in the bridge needed a root canal. After paying for a root canal they had to pull the tooth. Needless to say, I had to make several visits to this office over 7 months to complete the work. During my many visits I saw WAY more than I wished I did. Here is what they do. You arrive for your appointment. In a short time you are taken to a treatment room. Different people pop in and out every 15 to 20 min and even the Dentist might be one of them. You think that you are being taken care of until a few hours go by and they haven't even started. One of those people might even give you an injection to numb your mouth. What are you going to do when you haven't been seen after 3 hours and your face is numb...probably wait, thinking it will only be a "little" longer. I have been there as long as 6 hours. I have seen people walk out mad with their bib around their neck, and completely numb because they had waited so long. One of the workers there explained to me that the corporate office makes them take every person that calls in. This employee explained that it is a problem because there is only 1 Doctor and SIX ROOMS and that they have to keep the rooms full! On one of my visits, after waiting several hours, the Dentist sat down to work on my mouth and called a "very queasy" bookkeeper in to put on some gloves and hold the water and suction in my mouth. The bookkeeper said, Ok....but, um, if I see blood I am going to pass out! What are you going to do when you are numb with novacaine, laying there with your mouth open, instruments in and you can't talk and you have a person that isn't even trained in the Dental field attempting to keep you from choking while he is trying not to be sick!? One more thing, on my first visit, after waiting a few hours the Dentist sent the Dental Hygienist (the girl who just cleans teeth) in to give me the novacaine shot. She seemed fresh out of school. She gave me the most painful injection that I have ever experienced and WAY too much novacaine! I couldn't move anything and I could barely swallow. For the rest of my visits I would only allow the Doctor to administer the novacaine. I promised myself that as soon as all of my work was finished that I would write this. Please beware! They lure you in with low prices. There are way too many Dentist options to choose from without having to go here.
