  • They have the WORST customer service ever! I think her name is Becky, she has brown hair and just got married, She is very RUDE! I have never felt so mad leaving a furniture store, because of her. I have been waiting over a month for my couches to arrive. I went in to find out where they were, her answer I got 3 in but I was going to give them to someone else,even knowing I have been waiting so long. NO phone call to tell me they got my couch. She has a BAD attitude, she is a smart ass in every way. I will NEVER return there for anything! I hope they go out of business for the way it is being ran. Ron Hire someone friendly, courteous helpful caring nice just a few things all your employees are currently missing! INSTOCK means you have it, and they DONT!
