  • My family and I have been to this office several times because we need some work done. But every time I go in there it seems I have to argue with them over what I am supposed to pay or what needs to be done for that visit. Today was no different, they front office staff doesn't not seem to have a clue what they are doing most of the time and that have a very stale personality. They tried to charge me more than they quoted me last week and then wanted to reschedule me for an additional appointment after I made it clear that what I needed done would be done in one shot. The bright spot if there could be one at the dentist was how I was treated by the dental hygienist. She was informative and helpful and made the work that needed to be done easy. She even convinced me to have additional work done, but it was for my benefit and not the gain of the company. If they had more people like her running the place it would not be rated so low.
