  • My purchase experience was pretty good! My install experience Top Notch !! Service poor at best !! I had called several Times trying to cool this spa off and the Advice was lacking at best !!! I thought I had a lemon spa !!! I could not keep the temp at A steady 100 degrees No one At Spa World could tell me how To fix Even though I bought it from Them 1 month ago !! I even turned it down to 93 trying To keep at 100 and that failed if I Didn't use it for a few days ...My Neighbor came over who has a similar Spa and saId leave the Waterfall Feature on 24-7. And now it's 100 all the time
