  • I was here for a convention and grabbed a quick lunch at the Westgate's buffet between meetings. Quite disappointing - more like a truck stop grade buffet than what I expect in a large Vegas hotel. If you need to eat quickly and can't get to another location I suppose you can survive on this food - but it was all bland, over cooked and unappealing. The beef was so dry I couldn't eat it - I'm not even sure what cut of meat it was (brisket maybe??). If I had it to do over again I would have bought a protein bar and a packaged salad at the lobby store.....
