I don't know how this place is staying in business with such poor customer service. The bored, apathetic person who answered the phone gave me misinformation regarding my insurance and eye exam coverage. I called my insurance company to find out that indeed Nationwide contracts with them. I called the manager back to discuss the misinformation the person at the front desk was providing, and how it would lead people to believe they did not have coverage when Nationwide is in fact one of the biggest eyecare providers for my insurance company. The Peculiar part is they have me in the system and they have my insurance on file, the girl who answered the phone verified this. The long and short of it is nobody cared about my business and the manager never called me back. Why would I trust my eyes to this business?
