  • My wife and I Went to take a 2nd look at a bedroom suite. Our salesman was off so we talked to saleswoman Lori Ann said wanted to look again at bedroom she followed and said your going wrong way so we followed her no bedroom. I said I know where it's at, she said I'm the one who works hereI I know where bedrooms are, but she followed me to bedroom that I was interested in. Then asked her for best price she gave me a price higher than the price first salesman wrote on his card. I didn't show her. She raised her voice and argued can't go any lower than her price. I told her there was another suite at Taylor's furniture we were also interested in, she said they only sell inferior furniture, Basista sells high quality. This women was very argumentative. Then she walked away left us alone. I went to the front counter and asked for the manager she heard me and came over and started arguing again. I guess she never heard (the customer is always right) I have spent over $5000.00 in the last 3 years at this place. The one guy we usually see Rick Dohy is very nice and very professional.
