  • Meh, I find a lot of the brands they carry are ones I've never heard of, and I can't say whether or not they're a quality product or not. At least you can press a button to get assistance, I'm sure they are under staffed like any other hardware store. I even over heard a conversation in which they were listing the areas no one was working at the time I was there. I'm fortunate that I almost never require help in these stores, because if my line of work, or my trips would take even longer than they already do.
