  • CenturyLink sucks. Their representative failed to set up autopay, so my bill was not paid. Then they charged me a $3.50 "convenience fee" to pay by phone. Very unethical company. If you have any choice, DO NOT CHOOSE CENTURYLINK. Unfortunately my rental condo complex has an exclusive with CenturyLink.
