  • We winter in Arizona and this seemed the perfect place to check out. It was loaded with crafty ideas plus had a great supply of sewing machines, embroidery machines, parts, tools and fabric. I ended up purchasing a new embroidery machine from them last spring. The sales person was amazing with the information she provided. A class was offered to get to know the machine. I wasn't too impressed with that class. The sales person was better. There were about 8 others with many types of machines in the class. Some folks were experienced with embroidery and others hadn't even looked at the machine. It was really a waste of time. I was having a little trouble with the machine almost 12 months later so took it in for servicing. I was surprised to hear that expected return time was about 5 weeks! Wow! However, this is Arizona and this is winter time so the snowbirds are all out. I paid an expedite fee and had a call the next day my machine was return. Now that's really fast service! I love this place and am thinking even about upgrading my wonderful embroidery machine while here to one that has even more bells and whistles.
