  • I had the most frustrating experience this past week. Previously I bought a "good deal" on a detail job, but couldn't get it done at the time. I brought it back this week to redeem, only to be told it wasn't what I was told it would be (hand wax & buff) and the guy who sold it to me was no longer there, so there was nothing they could do. They then proceed to up sell me another $60. When I went to pick it up, I was told that my gift card that I had didn't have as much money on it as what the receipt said it had. They ended up honoring that after two managers came in. Then when I saw my car that had supposedly been washed and hand buffed, there were still a ton of bugs all over the front and side mirrors. I was told that they must have just waxed over them. Paying for a full detail job and getting your car back with bugs all over it makes you wonder how they actually waxed over the bugs and they did not come off. The manager did come out and get the bugs off in the end, but not a great experience at all.
