  • I have been trying to get new glasses and contacts since June. My insurance was accepted there and I thought their pricing of decent on the 2-for-1 deals. So no worth it. 1) The out of state lab has broken 3 frames I had picked out. 2) I have waited almost a month on two seperate occasions for my glasses to come in which is much longer than their supposed 7-10 day time frame. 3) Their employees all stand outside together on smoke breaks leaving the store unattended for those that need help. 4) I have worn glasses for over 20 years and I have never had such shoddy craftmanwork from their lab- the lenses have popped out in 2 different frames several times. The anti-glare protection is poor quality that smudges and smears the lenses more than if there was no coating at all. 5) Their affiliated Dr. left over 4 months ago and they refuse to give me my RX because the Dr. hasn't gone through the boxes. I was instructed to call the Dr. cell phone number and never heard back. 6) A pair of Gucci frames I picked out warped when they came back from the lab and didn't fit and verbatim staff said, "What do you want me to do about it?" Not worth it when their are so many other more helpful places.
