  • Scheduled a grooming for my dog online. What it was almost time for our appointment I got a call from the grooming Dept that they were completely booked and are unsure of how I booked online. Found this to be very inconvenient and unprofessional, especially since the rep stated that there was no opening for my appointment THAT WAS ALREADY SCHEDULED since she claims she's unsure of how I was able to do it.
