  • This was one of the first celebrity chef steak houses in Las Vegas. Jean-George Vongerichten created an environment that is distinctly unsteak house in decor. I have to give him credit for having the guts to avoid the testosterone atmospherics of the traditional steak house. A great steak is a must at any restaurant that specializes in red meat. Prime does not disappoint in that regard. What I like about Prime is that all the other dishes, appetizers, sides, desserts are all super.
