The worker by the name of Jay was being difficult for no reason. He refused to print our baby shower invitations claiming that they were copywritten. They were just baby shower invitations without any company name or logo on it. I have no idea why he was acting the way he did. He was treating the other customers just fine. Maybe it's because we were minorities. I hope fedex isn't promoting racism cause that's the only way I can explain our experience here today. A different worker was going to print our invitations for us but Jay stepped in and said it was not something the store could print for us. This was a horrible experience. Jay needs to get some customer service skills and also needs to start treating everybody equally. I'm thinking of reporting this experience to the better business bureau. Only reason I didn't rate 1 star is cause Wholly, that was the name of the other worker, was actually helpful and gave us a refund for the stuff we could't print. Jay outranked her so she couldn't go against what he said about the invitations but she did all she could. Avoid this store until they get rid of Jay.
