| - Sunday Brunch
Though I have been to Heist about a dozen times for dinner or drinks, today was my first time going for brunch.
Unlike some other brunch spots, Heist has plenty of seating and parking. Though busy our group was seated right away on the patio. While there over 90 minutes I didn't notice anyone waiting more that a minute to be seated, and that was only if the hostess was away from her stand seating an earlier party.
The breakfast buffet was nice (scrabbled eggs, grits, bacon, turkey sausage, chicken wings, mussels, variety of cheeses and hard meats, breakfast flat breads, unlimited OJ and apple juice) plus one à la cart item.
There was a regular menu that I didn't look at as the group had already decided on the buffet when I arrived.
I knocked off one star because the waiter could have stopped by 1-2 more times to offer coffee (my cup was empty for about 10 minutes) and the price was about $3-5 higher than I think it could be.
