  • You can't be the price/location combo. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The grounds are typically well-maintained. The parking lot is covered. It's right next to the grocery store. My only complaints are the hot water..n when taking a shower the temps change quick and dramatically. There's tons of children. (My guess is that all complexes are like that though.) And there tends to be a lot of stray cats around. My neighbors are nice though and we just jeep the windows closed if the gaggle of children are playing. (We tend to assume the green pool is also due to these children. Unfortunately, we don't get to use it much because of the color or the swarm of screaming short people, or both.) All in all though, we'll probably stay here for a few more years at least because like I said, can't be the price for the location.
