  • Had an installation by Jose and Victor yesterday for a new stackable washer dryer. Jose and Victor were truly great at removing the old unit (which was an original in this property 22+ years old). They had to remove the door and were mindful of the hooks we had up to hang the broom, etc. They gave me the time I needed to clean the floor and wall area and then began the install of the new unit. Since the standard silver dryer hose wasn't long enough they said they'd get the longer part and return, but would call me to let me know if it would be same day or next day. No problem. They called and said they'd have it for me in the morning. They called on their way first thing in the morning and connected the new part then tested both the washer and dryer to be sure all was working properly. Fantastic teamwork and communication by the install guys. I'm eager to do my first load of towels in this new machine - fingers crossed all goes well!
