I took my dog for a pre-screening-was not welcomed very warmly and was constantly reminded that I was there early. It was immediately obvious to me that this is run strictly as a business-the staff seemed not to know much about canine behavior, I.e no meet and greet among dogs in the entry! Really? My dog was not accepted because he mouthed the woman that took him to a totally empty room and after two minutes when the dog wouldn't come to her and she put on his harnes he mouthed her arm. This seems to be a "boutique" doggie daycare-the owners to me are not suited to their jobs. My dog is in daycare 5 days a week and the staff there has never had a problem with him.
