rev:text	As a good Italian descendant I grow hair in places I'd frankly rather not - mainly my upper lip. Since I was 12 I've been "dealing" with this hair sometimes on a regular basis like I should and sometimes I ignore it and avoid looking at my face too much. I've thought about laser hair removal a lot and it's always something I wanted to do so I never had to deal with creams or wax again. So I started hearing radio ads (yes I listen to the radio - I love it) for the new Ideal Images which were coming to Pittsburgh and the grand opening specials they were having. So I did something I don't normally do and actually took some action and set up a consultation. Even before the appointment they were great checking in and sending me emails (because I chose that as my preferred method of communication). Once I got there everything is very clean, well put together, and friendly. The first meeting went well, everything was explained and checks were made to make sure I was a good candidate. Then we talked about price and there was no pressure. I made my decision to have 2 areas done (upper lip and underarms) and I waited for the laser to be open and then had my first session! This is one of the coolest decisions I've made from August 14th until session 2 which was October 2nd I shaved my underarms for 2 weeks. I totally recommend it and I love the results so far! Everyone in the office is great and it is turning into a situation where I sit down and update them on my life and can't wait to go back again!
