  • BEWARE::: Update on Envirgreen windows and doors purchased in April of this year. BEWARE there is no warranty on these windows like they say and have in writing. Its fake. We found out after a NV Power Energy evaluation of our home that our 2 bathroom windows are not the Low E like what we purchased. The temperature when tested was 91 degree and the rest of the windows were 71 degrees. We have been trying to contact the warranty people to get this resolved since Aug of this year. They did send out two guys to get the information which they took the stickers from the windows and that was about 8 weeks ago and that's the last I have heard. I have tries six different numbers and email addresses but never heard a word. all the phone numbers that worked when first contacting them are now not working. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they have not yet heard from them either.
