  • You better come bright and early or you'll be stuck with the 30-45 minute wait! Most of the Babystacks locations are a bit on the smaller side and they won't sit incomplete parties. For these reasons, I only give four stars. The staff is very friendly and I love the island music they play. Babystacks is where I became obsessed with country fried steak. It is to die for! Gravy is delicious, steak is crunchy and flavorful, hash browns (or potato squares) are my favorite! I believe Babystacks is well known for their red velvet pancakes (you can sub your toast for pancakes for a little extra... do it). All their pancakes are delicious: lemon ricotta, white chocolate macadamia nut, s'mores pancakes... you name it! I've also had their adobo fried rice wrapped in an egg blanket with potato squares! Yum! And their cookie butter French toast is also delicious! You can get anything on the menu and it would be yummy! I love coming to Babystacks, but I'll only come when I'm able to wake up early.
