rev:text	My fellow yelpers, my whole house was backing up for two days. My insurance company send out a so called "plumber" he stood in front of my yard for about 20min. Comes back with a service fee of $85. Didn't even take out any equipment out of the vehicle. He mentioned something about the front yard tree, is most likely penetrating the line...how can he determine that there is in fact roots in the line without a proper inspection?? He said he will not cable the line. I was so disappointed and upset. Paid the fee and told him not to come back. Made the decision to take care of it and look for someone reliable on YELP. I found LV ROOTER DAN, gave them a call at 7pm, Lilly made everything so easy to understand and 25 minutes later Dan was in front of my house with equipment and all to get down to work. He determined the issue with in minutes. Dan cabled the pipe from the outside, fighting with the line for several minutes until finally he pulled my 3 year old daughters stuffed animal that she apparently flushed down the toilet because she decided to bathe it in there. Dan is truly amazing, very professional and super affordable, could not believe the price. He didn't even charge me to come out. Unlike the other guy was trying to rip me off by trying to do a repair, they are the ones that give a bad reputation to good plumbers. Dan again thank you for helping me and you absolutely deserve more than a 5 star rating. You have a client for life. - J.R
