  • The staff at this location is friendly and very on top of asking patrons if they need anything which is awesome....but there's seriously like maybe TWO areas to sample make up... And that drives me crazy I grab a lip stick and walk three aisles to a different department to try a lipstick or liner out! Also I was going in every Friday before work to sample a few products before my cocktail shift where I work outside to see if these products could stand the heat and sweat of my shift and I felt judged for coming in and not buying every visit...I also was going in weekly to check on a REDKEN protein treatment they were out of and I was told I'd receive a call when it came in... So every weekend when I was going there to sample products and to look for this particular product I wanted to purchase it wasn't there turns out it was there the whole entire time the company had just changed the packaging and the clerks didn't even know that the packaging had changed so they were looking ALL over to the wall and kept saying sorry we're all out we will call you but never even called me when it there the whole time.... Other than that ....this is my local ULTA....and i would seriously shop more there if there were more places to sample products ....I now currently just purchase my fav lines off QVC or Sephora...
