  • I had a hot water Heater problem: Called my homeowners warranty Co. (AHS) and they send out Grace Plumbing The Tech arrived on time. Checked out the problem which was the electrical control center was bad and needed to be replaced. It was Friday PM and he had to order a part from the company Bradford White which is in Michigan the part arrived Tuesday late and I scheduled to have it installed Thursday am 1st appointment. They showed up on time btw I got a 30min heads up phone call. The tech finished the work and all is well. Thanks jg
