  • I can't say enough good things about Arrow Animal Hospital. I have been bringing my pets here for over 20 years and have really watched them grow. They have been so compassionate during the hardest times and always offer affordable solutions when possible. I love that they are open 7 days a week and evenings, I have never had to wait more than a few hours for an appointment. The staff is very friendly, I've never felt rushed or talked-down to. I'm also a pet sitter and I've referred many people to them and have received a $20 off coupon every time. Their office is comfortable and always smells clean. I have been in the back a few times to retrieve or visit my pets who have been hospitalized and it's always clean and clutter free. They always call the next day to check on my pet and I get a postcard to remind me when my pets are due. I've received lovely cards and even a bouquet of flowers after having to euthanize our beloved friends. During end of life care they are very accommodating and allow you to take your time to say goodbye. They treat your pet with the utmost respect and give you all the different options available in after care.
