  • I used to take my dog here all the time but then I stopped. They have a gentlemen that works there and is very rude. Seems like he doesn't want to help people. When I go in there to look for stuff for my dog, he watches you and makes you feel uncomfortable. I've called like 5 times (maybe 6) to try schedule an appointment for my dog and a gentleman (don't know if its the same guy) always tells me, "I'll have to give you a call back to see when I can take your dog since we need 2 workers to groom him" It worries me because I've called a lot and he gives me the same reason over and over... either there short staff or they only have 1 person working at all times. Lots of other grooming places in the area, seek your options.
