  • We paid $200 for the Embassador membership and got upgraded. SO FAR IN TWO DAYS OF STAY..... 1. We were supposed to receive two bottles of water and some kind of fruit or pastries DAILY, and we received it the first day only. 2. The internet connection was stuck at 0.36 download speed, couldn't get it right the entire week and even with an IT guy fixing it we got a cool 1.5 LOL 3. Ordered a continental breakfast to be delivered at 10:30am and it never arrived. Called room service and they "lost our order card which we placed on the door" 4. We don't have shower soap 5. The TV was not working properly, had to call a tech 6. Management corrected these problems by comping some nights, but for the price we're paying to stay here, you'd think it would be a better experience!!
