I shop here a lot. When they are busy, customer service really suffers, and I find myself constantly looking for someone to help.
Vanessa at the salin is pretty good. She never blinks an eye when I ask her to cut my hair in a manner that's unconventional, not is she scared to do it. She is confident, and happy to get clients out of the norm and do something different. (Another stylist I went to there said I looked like the girl with the dragon tattoo, which is fine. But she was afraid of thr cut, and the end result was an uneven clipper line jumping from a one to a 2, and not blended thereafter. )
Most products are in stock.
There is no brow bar, however. So if you're used to a location that has one, this is not it. The stylists also do brows here, but I refuse.
