  • Great Crew of Guys. Best customer service I have had in a while. Took our daughters car to get oil changed and fuel injectors cleaned. All was well until I tried to drive to get new tires for the car. The oil light came on and i redirected myself towards Meineke to get it checked out. Well the car did not make it. I contacted Daniel and he called a tow truck to come get the car at their expense. After they looked at the Car they discover that the had blown the oil filter gasket which had caused internal damage to the engine. Daniel and the other guys at Meineke said that the issues was caused by a manufactures issue with the oil filter housing. The management at Meineke have contacted the the appropriate folks to get the engine replaced under warranty/damage caused by caused by failure of part / housing! They are expediting the repair so our daughter will only be with out a car for a couple of days. This is how you take care of your customers!! Oh by the way this is the first time we have ever used their services!! Great Job Meineke Team!!!
