  • First the good. The people at the office are kind and friendly. The Dentist (name withheld) knows what he is doing and tries to keep up with the "Latest and greatest" techniques and procedures. The work that was done was good, but nothing I would call extraordinary. The bad. I just ended up paying a $700 bill because a procedure that they said my insurance would cover was not actually covered. When I confronted them about it, they shoved the paper in my face that I signed that said I would cover all costs. Needless to say, I am not a happy customer. If they could get their act together, this would be a decent place. But as for me, I'm going elsewhere.
