  • Disappointed with picking up my car today after a $210 repair. Last week I spent over $90 for an oil change and battery service and they said I needed a new front motor mount. They told me an hour and a half turn around time for a front motor mount and that no appointment was necessary. I took my car in today at 9am this morning. I had to call 3 times to get an update on my car after I was told I'd receive a call. The third time I called, the mechanic just casually says yeah it's ready. I go there and the mechanic who worked on my car had taken off on a test drive for another customer....with my keys in his pocket. So I'm left waiting longer. I finally get inside my car and discover it had been left outside with the window open. There were bird feathers, dust, wetness from the rain mixed with dirt on the drivers side (see pictures). Do NOT take your car here. I spent over $300 in a week and do not feel appreciated here!
