  • Haha I can't believe I am reviewing a street but here goes. This is a place that is yucky.....but damn it's fun. People watching extraordinaire! Many freaks out. My favorite was the guy standing in a diaper and baby bonnet. Can't believe people actually give home money to take pics with him. All righty then. To experience this place....find some cheap booze and stroll the street. Stop and talk about people every 10 feet. Drink more. Avoid the casinos. Avoid the street freaks. Get more beer or frozen drinks. Protect your wallet by putting it in front pocket. Ladies hold into your purse....or don't bring it at all. Avoid anyone who looks shady riding a skateboard....that's a pick pocket. Enjoy....we did
