It's interesting that the ratings for Paddock are consistently low.
In Dec of 2010 I purchased a Jandy JS100-SM sand filter at Paddock and had them install it. Then that Jandy had to be replaced. Now the replacement Jandy has the same problems as the first Jandy. I have had ONE summer (2011) which was problem free.
Paddock has brushed me off and sent me to Jandy. Jandy is not responding. But then, Paddock gave me the wrong email for Jandy, so maybe Jandy can't respond.
If I were to buy patio furniture, or a Christmas tree, or a spa at Paddock and then had problems with the product, would they brush me off and tell me to deal with the manufacturer????
Shame on Paddock.
