  • Superior Pho in one word is "underwhelming". I'm surprised this place has so many great reviews. Maybe it's because I'm from a traditional background and i was expecting traditional pho but I was disappointed in their food and service. The place is small, although they did expand. It's crowded, cleanliness is questionable and they seem quite hectic and disorganized during busy times. The broth soup for their pho is bland, and seems like it's a bit watered down. They skimp on giving you the portions of meat with the pho. Their "meatballs" were cut into 4ths to be served...seriously? Seems like their food has been "americanized" which I guess is fine, but doesn't sit well with me since I'm expecting authentic ethnic food no matter the culture. There numerous better alternatives to Superior Pho with superior food (no pun intended), ambiance and service.
