  • There is so much to improve on here. The employees working we're so sweet but the overall experience is not worth the price. The place is really dirty overall, toilet was broken and leaking, no paper towels, stains on the princess dresses the girls tried on etc. There was no music, just the creepy noises of the exposed pipes above. Halfway through they put on some red hot chilli peppers which brought me back to high school but certainly didn't add to the princess experience. Eventually my friend played disney music on her phone. I probably won't be back.
