| - I called to see if Perfectly Poochy would be able to walk my dog, when I was on vacation. From the beginning of the call it was obvious, they did not want another customer. Every response to my question was a reason not to accept me as a customer even before getting all the information from me.
For example, I said I was looking for the end of August. They immediately said they were not available Labor Day weekend and could not walk my dog. But, I was not asking for Labor Day weekend, nor was I provided an opportunity to provide the dates for them to understand that.
I asked for the time of day they walk the dogs. And, she mentioned early morning starting at 6am and early evenings until 8pm and immediately proceeded to say why she was not interested in walking my dogs because it could not be done by 8pm. I tried to explain early morning and late evening was fine. But, she continued on about the time.
I mentioned my in-laws would be home but not physically able to walk the dog. And, she got wishy-washy about whether she would even walk my dog. She said she only provided the service, when people were not home.
At that point, I said thank you and hung up. I was uncomfortable with someone who insisted only wanting access when no one was home and refused to listen. Up standing companies do not care about access. They care about customers. And, Perfectly Poochy does not care about customers.
