rev:text	As good as the reviews. Professional service, very attentive barbette ("Allie") who cared (she regularly asked me prior to making a significant cut if it was what I wanted), provided the requisite bedside manner (chatting) but it wasn't too much or too little, and offered me a free beverage as noted in the other reviews (sadly, beer appears off the menu now because of an overly zealous "law-abiding" customer who reported it). I made an appointment in advance and the whole thing took about 35 minutes. The location is sweet since it's right in front of Illinois Terminal in the mini "island" on Neil. The cut ended up being one of the best cuts I've had in a long time. You also get a shampoo and wash before (if you have product in your hair) and after (to wash all the bad leftovers). There's a place I visit in LA that's around $22 bucks, including tip. This took me around $27 with tip ($23 is baseline). Clutch did it just as well with a few more frills thrown in (wash, drink, etc.) So yeah, the only downside is its somewhat pricey fee. Most other cuts in CU seem to be from $12-$20. I've been to a few and have had many hits and misses. But if you're willing to pay for it, here you'll get one of the best cuts in town. Bonus: they even give you a "rewards punchcard" where you get some freebies (shampoo, etc.) if you keep coming.
