I believe this Station Casino is one of the oldest. It could use a little renovating, because it definitely looks older. It's also WAY more smokier than Sunset Station. Their ventilation system either isn't working right, or they need to invest in some new filters. Whatever the case may be, I appreciate good air and can tell the difference in the air quality. I have never stayed in this hotel and I doubt I'd want to, but they do appear to have some of the same restaurants as Sunset Station, though they look to be of a lesser quality. Even the ceiling at Sunset Station looks better, let alone the architecture of the structures inside.
For the most part, it's as clean as it's gonna be. I have seen housekeeping consistently cleaning up the floors and emptying ash trays. Most of those who come here appear to be locals and the casino floor is large enough where people aren't on top of one another. There are plenty places to eat in here, including that out of sight buffet line...fuck that! That line is wrapped around a corner and looped! I would rather go somewhere else than stand in that.
They have the usual valet parking and their lot is huge, so parking should not be a problem. It is handicap accessible and from what I saw, people in wheelchairs seem to move very easily through the aisles.
