  • We had lived in our home for ten years. Holidays, birthdays, and so many events in our lives happened there. When we decided to move, it was important to us to find a realtor who was not only a consumate professional, but one who also respected the ties we had to the place. We were very happy to turn responsibility for the sale over to Jeff Barchi. In a market in which homes typically sit unsold for weeks, we had a number of viewers on days one and two that resulted in multiple offers by day three. Sold! It's no wonder to us that Jeff is one of the top realtors in the country; we would thoroughly recommend him.
