I rarely feel the need to write a review like this but I'm furious and have no outlet. I tried calling McDonalds but they did not answer.
Not only was the food extra slow tonight but I purchased three happy meals for my kids and they were missing the food inside. The person at the second window apologized for the long wait and I noticed that there wasn't any dipping sauce in my bag. He quickly got one sauce and I didn't want to argue about it after waiting so long.
I get home to feed the family and to my surprise the kids don't have food in the boxes. I immediately called the restaurant which rang and rang and ultimately went to voicemail.
My issue isn't the cost of the food but having to come up with an alternative meal this evening. More than anything I wanted to speak to someone about double checking meals going forward but guess this is the next best place to do it. Thank you.
