rev:text	Would never have my baby at this office. Long wait times, non compassionate care, staff have attitudes and short on phone (when god forbid you have questions or concerns). Originally, I always saw Janice Enriquez, who was amazing but then got turned over to Dr. Turner probably because I experienced an issue. Nothing negative to say about her personally but overall staff and experience. The last straw for me with this office is when I went in for my preop. Mind you I work M-F, 9-5PM, and taking ANY time off is so difficult especially when my office is short staffed. I show up and they nonchalantly tell me oh sorry Dr. Turner was called into surgery. I admit I was UPSET. They had already collected the copay and said we need to reschedule you. I can't take off anytime just like that. I asked if someone else can go over the preop since all they do is give you a packet and go over surgery. Nope they said. They didn't care that I was inconvenienced nor cared that I couldn't reschedule that easy. I just said forget it, refund my copay and send my records to my physician. They were so quick and happy to do so like again they didn't care whatsoever. AND to top it, after speaking with my regular physician, he told me to go see another OB who he highly recommends, but happens to be in same division/company. So when I called they advised me I was "DISMISSED" from their practice. I thought to myself, maybe because I said ONE curse word because I was frustrated and upset? They acted as if no one has ever been upset before. Good thing I didn't have my surgery with them then. No compassion...
