I can't comment about price because, fortunately, the fender bender I was recently in was the other person's fault and her insurance paid for everything. But, the work that Service King did was great. The area of impact looks as good as new with no signs of the dents, folding, or scratches that were sustained. I brought my car in on a Monday and got it back on Thursday. They even washed the exterior and did a little cleaning inside.
Customer service was excellent all around. The girls working the front desk were friendly and efficient and the guy handling my account was happy to discuss any questions I had, along with describing the work that would be done. They even have an outpost for Enterprise and Hertz for those that want to rent a car. The other person's insurance covered my rental. The rental desks aren't always manned -- you may have to wait while one of their employees drives from their office to Service King, but I only had to wait about 10 minutes for the Enterprise employee. After that, I was out of there within 10 minutes. While it always sucks to be in an accident, getting my car repaired couldn't have been a smoother process.
