  • AKWARD. Nothing about this experience was good. None of the employees knew who was supposed to be serviced next, even though our names are written down on a clip board. After I wrote my name down and took a seat a tech finished up and was walking around vs checking to see who was next and setting up a pedicure station. I ended up not even having them put a color on my toes and I'm glad I didn't because the hot towel would have hit wiped the paint right off when the tech removed it. No one seemed pleasant to be working and made the whole environment uncomfortable.
