  • DO NOT GO HERE! Came in because of a 30% off coupon I got thru ValPak. Those coupons that come in the mail. No complaints about the actual service. Pedicure was nothing special but came out nice. I'm complaining because they refused to honor the coupon. I asked for the $25 pedicure and after showing the coupon they said my total was $25. I said impossible I have this coupon. I was told by two employees in broken English that they raise their prices to offset the coupons. So instead of the $25 pedicure I was being charged for the $35 pedicure so I could use the coupon and they wouldn't lose money. I told them that was unacceptable but they played dumb. I was in a rush so I paid the $25 and did not tip. I will never return and will encourage others to avoid this place. Shady business practices. If I didn't have better things to do I would try to call ValPak and tell them to stop doing business with these con artists but I don't have time for that so I'm hoping this review discourages people from trying this place. I hope they get shut down.
